Paul Hanson
Albanwise Synergy
Paul is the CEO of Albanwise Synergy. Following his service in the Royal Navy, Paul has held a series of strategic and senior leadership roles for prominent property businesses focussed on promoting strategic land, commercial development including solar farms and asset management. Paul is leading Albanwise Synergy through a period of exciting growth and development, championing renewable energy development across the UK.

Jane Russell
Albanwise Synergy
Jane is the EV Project Manager at Albanwise Synergy and joined the team in 2022. She now project manages the EV charging installation programme for the extensive residential and commercial freehold within the Albanwise Wallace Estates group.
Jane brings with her 12 years of automotive management experience, including a role on an advisory board for the safety of technician’s working on electric vehicles.

Stephen Ramm
Albanwise Synergy
Stephen is the Energy Operations Manager at Albanwise Synergy. He looks after the Group’s energy procurement strategy whilst project managing new developments. Stephen started his career with apprenticeships across electrical engineering, plumbing, and heating before moving into gas and oil systems both in the UK and Europe. Thereafter, he gradually transitioned into the renewables sector, where for 15 years he spent most of his time designing, specifying, and installing various renewable energy systems.

Chris Banks
Albanwise Synergy
Chris is the Renewables Development Manager at Albanwise Synergy, and leads our renewable energy portfolio, driving the delivery of our current pipeline and helping our key stakeholders tackle some of today’s most pressing challenges.
He started his career in renewable development in 2006, and with nearly two decades of experience in renewable energy, Chris brings a wealth of multi-disciplinary experience across a wide range of green technologies.

Wayne Murray-Bruce
Albanwise Synergy
Wayne is the Finance Director at Albanwise Synergy and also oversees the ground rent and insurance business units. His experience started in 1998 in the automotive industry in various finance and accounting roles for brands, including Volvo, VW, Toyota, Lexus and Mercedes in Greater London. Wayne changed industries in 2012 to join Starbucks Coffee Company UK where he managed the accounting function. He went on to gain a promotion to an EMEA role looking after the corporate reporting for Europe in 2019 and played a key part in relocating the European Head office from Amsterdam to London in that year. He then moved into the property industry in 2020 joining CBRE as an EMEA Director.

Abhishak Verma
Albanwise Synergy
Abhishak is the Financial Controller at Albanwise Synergy. Abhishak joined the group company in September 2023 and since then is also the Financial Controller for the ground rent and insurance business units.
A certified accountant from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Abhishak has held a series of finance and accounting roles in the hospitality sector, including for brands such as IHG, Accor, Starcrown Hotels UK and the Dorsett Hospitality International.

Kimberly Bagui
Albanwise Synergy
Kimberly is a Management Accountant at Albanwise Synergy. Within the parent company, Albanwise Wallace Estates, Kimberly is also the accountant for the insurance and ground rent business units.
An affiliate from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Kimberly worked in the energy as well as the investment and trading sector prior to joining Albanwise Synergy in 2022.
